Roles and Responsibilities

  • Office Management:
    • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Communication:
    • Serve as a liaison between various departments and ensure effective communication flow.
    • Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Policy Development:
    • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Licensing and Legal Compliance:
    • Manage company licensing processes and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
    • Handle legal compliance documents and coordinate with legal counsel as needed.
  • Travel Management:
    • Coordinate and manage staff travel arrangements, including booking flight tickets, arranging accommodations, and ensuring smooth travel logistics.
    • Facilitate the application process for visas or work permits as required.
  • Budget Management:
    • Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Support various departments in project coordination and execution.
    • Ensure deadlines are met, and projects are completed within budget.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an Administrative Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in handling company licensing, legal compliance documents, and staff travel arrangements will be an added advantage.
