Roles and Responsibilities
•Responsible for all software field service engineers and service support operations.
•Perform on-site (including international sites) software installation and support production qualification activities.
•Provide work plans for all software installations, define and allocate project and operational tasks for the service team.
•Develop service quality KPI and ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
•Monitor service group and team member performance, proactively drives continuous improvement efforts.
•Manage customer support requests or feedback quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships.
•Troubleshoot machine software issues.
•Provide technical coaching and training to service team members.
•Demonstrate leadership in attendance, work ethic, positive attitude toward change, and overall company goals
•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering/Computer Science/Software Engineering
•Minimum 5 years of experiences in software testing and maintenance; 3 to 5 years of experiences in people management role.
•Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and dynamic environment.
•Strong software troubleshooting skills in Windows and Linux environment.
•Experienced in automation software support and maintenance.
•Ability to develop software scripts and troubleshooting tools is an advantage.
•Knowledge of SECS/GEM and SEMI standards is an advantage.
