Job Summary:

  • Manage the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of sales orders (small parts to huge projects).
  • Check with PMO or other relevant stakeholders to ensure that all incoming orders can be fulfilled on time.
  • Monitor order processing flows and collaboratively respond to potential delivery or product availability problems and communicate to the customer timely.
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve aging transactions and propose proper suggestions.
