Responsibilities

The Warehouse Manager oversees the efficient operation of a warehouse distribution center. This role involves managing inventory, ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment, and maintaining compliance with safety & quality standards. In Summary:

• Ensure Safety & Quality control and compliance.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels. Oversee budgets and resources allocation.
• Team Supervision: Lead, supervise and provide coaching to all warehouse staff.
• Operational Efficiency: Optimize warehouse operations. Implement process efficiency and improvements.
• Collaborates strongly with stakeholders. Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management and Logistics
• Minimum 5 years in Warehouse management and team leadership with proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs.
• Effective collaboration with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
