Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and validate discrete event, agent-based, and system dynamics simulation models using Anylogic.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineers to gather requirements and translate them into simulation models.
  • Perform data analysis and integrate real-world data into models for accurate representation and scenario testing.
  • Run Simulation experiments and conduct sensitivity analysis, optimization, and risk assessment.
  • Communicate findings and present result through visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
  • Continuously improve models based on feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Support the deployment of simulation models as decision-support tools or integrated components in digital twin ecosystems.
  • Document model structure, assumptions, and user guidelines.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, in Computer Science, System Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with AnyLogic software (1-2 years preferred), fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of simulation techniques, discrete-events, agent-based and system dynamics modeling.
  • Proficiency in Java (used in AnyLogic scripting) and familiarity with data handling.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working on simulation projects in semiconductor industry is highly appreciated.
  • Knowledge of optimization techniques and integration with tools like Python or externa solvers.
  • Familiarity with digital twin development or real-time simulation environments.
