Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the engineering day-to-day operations.
• Ensure smooth safety & quality workflow, efficient project management and timely delivery of engineering tasks or projects.
• Oversee budget and resource allocation.
• Implement process efficiency and improvements.
• Manage operation process, equipment and industrial engineering teams.
• Maintain effective collaboration with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of project management and team leadership.
• Proven track record in process improvement and technical expertise.
