Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the engineering day-to-day operations.
- Ensure smooth safety & quality workflow, efficient project management and timely delivery of engineering tasks or projects.
- Oversee budget and resource allocation.
- Implement process efficiency and improvements.
- Manage operation process, equipment and industrial engineering teams.
- Maintain effective collaboration with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of project management and team leadership.
- Proven track record in process improvement and technical expertise.
